Above Rates Based Upon

2 Adults and 2 Children 12 & Under.
Additional Persons: $10.00 per night.
Maximum: 6 People per site.

Visitor’s Fee

Daily Visitors Fee: $5.00 per person
Overnight Visitors: $10.00 per person
No Visiting Dogs

Reservations

Site # may be requested, but not guaranteed.

Holiday Weekends:	A 100% non-refundable 3-day minimum stay deposit is required.
Reservations:	All other reservations require a 50% deposit.

Cancellations

Processing Fee:	A $25.00 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations and/or reductions of stay for less than 30 days. 30-day cancellations: A $200 processing fee will be applied to all 30-day cancellations and/or reductions of stay.
Refunds:	Will be given on cancellation made more than 10 days prior to reserved arrival date, minus a $25 processing fee.
Loss of Deposit:	Will apply to no-shows and cancellations made 10 days, or less, prior to reserved arrival date.

Monthly Cancellations:

Refunds:	Will be given on cancellations made more than 30 days prior to reserved arrival date, minus a $200 processing fee.
Loss of Deposit:	Will apply to no-shows and cancellations made 30 days, or less prior to reserved arrival date.
